What If Dr.Yunus Fails

The sovereignty of Bangladesh has survived a fatal political upheaval. Indian hegemonic foreign policy was about to make a successful conclusion of Bangladesh, like Hyderabad or Sikkim. To occupy and capture any nation without any war is done in four stages processed professionally with fortitude. Those are demoralization, destabilization, crisis, and finally, normalization. Normalization is a cynical term, meaning taking over and establishing full control of a target nation. Keeping the brutal Hasina regime in power for 17 long years, RAW has successfully completed stage one. It had managed to demoralize the people of Bangladesh. India had been killing innocent Bangladeshi citizens near the border almost on a daily basis. The brutal Hasina regime never raised a voice against India for such killings. Having sufficient logic and international law against such abject violation of human rights, the Hasina government never raised their voice against India. Other than party supporters of the Hasina government, the whole nation was extremely demoralized by India's inhuman action and the Hasina government’s pathetic inaction.

In the last two years, they started with the second phase, i.e., the destabilization phase. They have conducted a number of attempts to produce a Hindu Muslim riot inside Bangladesh to create a situation where Hasina’s false parliament can invite the Indian Army based on a secret agreement done with India. Once RAW placed our Sacred Quran at the feet of a Hindu statue at the Durga Puja pandal in Comilla, a riot was about to start, but local administration successfully saved the day. In the same way, RAW tried to create a riot in north Bengal by killing two Hafez E Quran by a few Hindus'.

Third World has consistently performed as a milking cow for the 1st World by their highly professional, sinister and parochial policy directives. Like 1st World, India also has high-tech professionals who know how to hook up future 3rd world leadership and use them during times of trade, strategic, or diplomatic decision-making. The recent political debacle in Bangladesh is one of the best examples of this. S. Hasina had been performing as a monster for the last 17 years, directly supported by India with Western consent. She could have continued till the country named Bangladesh was absolved as part of India. Under the brutal fascist Hasina, the country was on the verge of losing its sovereignty like Hyderabad, Kashmir, or Sikkim. For the entry of the Indian army inside Bangladesh, she had to call for an emergency parliamentary session and call for Indian military support, of which she probably made a secret deal with India a long time back. That would have initiated a protracted civil war in our densely populated country.

Unfortunately for India, with the sudden rise of all-out public resentment due to some foul utterance of S Hasina, nature belled the cat. It ensued an unprecedented chain reaction that India, Hasina and her party Bangladesh Awami League (BAL) regime had severely underestimated. Finally the brutal and ruthless regime BAL collapsed like a thunder and lightning. The other fortune for Bangladeshis' is; being surrounded by the BAL minded generals, CAS Gen Waker made a bold decision in favor of the people and sovereignty. Had he gone by the decision of S. Hasina, and pro-Indian Generals,  Hasina could have comfortably called for Indian Army support, and that would have been the end of our sovereignty. Gen Waker supported S. Hasina to leave Bangladesh using military transport. One may take it as an offense committed by Gen Wakar, but that offense is insignificant compared to initiating a civil war, which could have risked our sovereignty and caused a blood bath.

Religious political party Jamat is willing to wait for a year to get our country politically disciplined before any national election, but BNP is losing its composer; they want an early election. This is a major difference that is likely to be orchestrated and exploited by RAW and by their Agent in Place (AIP) and Agent of Influence (AOI). We need to understand that for the last 15 years, our civil and military cadre service was never considered on meritocracy but only party allegiance for promotion and posting. We need a complete overhaul of our administration, legislative and judiciary.

Once BNP intolerantly goes all out against Dr Yunus and the interim government, BAL will definitely join the same to exploit the situation created by BNP. Since the party and the power are the priority objectives, national integrity or sovereignty is a far cry for them. Since Indian RAW and Ojit Doval’s plan suffered a humiliating reverse, there is nothing to be complacent about it. RAW will never give up its effort to occupy Bangladesh since they have invested an enormous amount in subverting a large number of people under the banner of BAL and installed AOI and AIP within the rank and file of our statecraft. We may discuss some of the threats that Dr. Yunus’s team is likely to face, along with some recommendations.

• Fixing financial mismanagement left by previous regime will be a big challenge.
• Parties those who remained out of power for long 17 years will demand an immediate free and fair election to take over the coveted position. They are not concerned to fix up our devastated economic condition or situation for a free and fair election.
• Indian RAW will not give up, they will try to destabilize law and order situation in every sector of Bangladesh. The purpose is to turn Bangladesh into a failed state or ungoverned space to legitimate their military incursion.
• Since BAL cannot produce any open political move against interim government, all their actions will be undercover, Ansar up rise, garment industries labor unrest, Judicial coup or CHTs crisis. If BAL fails in all those effort the last attempt will be riot like situation inside Bangladesh.
• RAW has no dearth of funds to execute its immoral acts. Besides the RAW budget, an unimaginable amount of BAL funds is available inside Bangladesh to be used as and when required by the criminal gang. This unauthorized criminal fund of BAL leaders needs to be collected immediately to nullify the continuity of their effort to destabilize the interim government. If it is not collected by the concerned authority, criminal gangs will quickly liquidate it, and they will remain financially powerful to execute their future plans.

Since Dr Yunus is holding all bureaucrats accountable for their last 15 years of service, they will eventually be under duress. Enemy social engineers or psychological warfare experts may easily exploit such mental pressure over a huge number of bureaucrats. To lessen such exploitable vulnerability, Dr Yunus may declare a random pardon to most of the people with few exceptions. We need to believe that not all of them joined the rat race of corruption by intention; some of them might have joined under compulsion! One way to excuse them could be if they confess and return all illegal money they are holding, punishment for them may reduce, or they may even be excused. This way, we may keep some quality bureaucrats in service and avoid some incompetent criminals.

Such a decision will reduce the scope for RAW and other hostile intelligence services (HIS) and create divisions among us. We have to remember that the number one target of HIS is our national unity. After the general amnesty, Dr Yunus must be strict with administrative/financial discipline. Marcy can be offered only once, not a second time. To subdue local hooligans financial capability in organizing public chaos they should be dispossessed of the illegal fund and caches those they are hidden in different safe houses in Dhaka and other cities. One simple government declaration can get all the looted money back to our present government banks. Advisor finance can arrange this declaration for quick recovery. 5% of the recovered money may be offered to the informer or to the team of informers.

The leadership of the party, which was recently removed from power through a popular revolution, should be technically and legally kept away from their local supporters. Their income sources should also face an avalanche as they did with all the opposition parties during the last 17 years. The point here is that both their organizational potential and financial potential should be reduced effectively. They can only return to politics once they prove that they have de-associated themselves from foreign intelligence organizations.

Unfortunately, most political parties do not have an ethical agenda in their mission and vision. They have never conducted any internal investigation (Soul search), which is why they go into power every time only to undertake a free fall in the next free and fair election. In the last 53 years, they have failed constantly but never looked for the right course to avoid the De-popularity avalanche. This is the saddest part of our democratic World and on the part of all 3rd world countries.

The highest threat for Bangladesh and Dr. Yunus is that India has a Mossad-trained assassination team that can silently move to any corner of the globe and eliminate their target with extreme dexterity.

On February 25-26, 2009, the Indian assassination team conducted a successful undercover operation here in Bangladesh and killed 57 serving military officers using the Hasina government as a firm base in 2009. They conducted this assassination mission under the cover of a BDR mutiny and safely withdrew to India by a pre-designated flight.

On June 18, 2023, a Sikh leader, Nijjar, was assassinated by two masked gunmen at a Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. 36 rounds of bullets were fired on a single body. It was not to kill but to let the World know that the Indian assassination team could kill anyone at any time and any place on this planet earth. (http://surl.li/lilgzz). Mr. Pannun, another leader of the Sikh separatist movement, was the target of a foiled assassination attempt in the U.S. in 2023, which U.S. officials confirmed was connected to the Indian government. Pannun has been charged as a terrorist in India.

Since Indian RAW has become professional in trans-border, under cover targeted assassination, they may try the same to create massive political vacuum or unrest by assassinating Dr. Yunus or present CAS Gen Waker. These two persons have become prime targets of hate for Modi and his assassination team. The level of physical security for these two persons and their family members has to be raised above normal. The security level of family members like sons or daughters remaining abroad also needs to be raised.

Our intelligence organization bosses of the BAL government have been replaced, but what is the qualification of the present bosses? They may be highly professional in the field where they served, but are they professional in the field of intelligence? To be professional, one needs to have three distinctive inputs: Training, knowledge, and experience. Do they have all of those? If not they need to be closely supported by ex-professional officers as advisers or consultants and that has to be done as soon as possible. The end statement of this analysis is that we may replace CAS but cannot replace Dr Yunus; this has to be remembered by our country's security and intelligence personnel.
